Demonstrations recorded to your task list.

Our partners record in the homes, workplaces and sites your robots need to learn; Talo checks and labels every recording.

Our partners cover egocentric video, real-home demonstrations and fixed-camera data.

Each brings its own contributors, rigs and consent process. Open a partner to check what it records, where, and on what terms.

Capture methods

Three ways to record, matched to the robot you train.

Egocentric

Hands at work, filmed from the worker's eye line.

A head-mounted camera records both hands and the objects they handle, from the start of the task to the end.

Handheld gripper (UMI)

A handheld gripper records demonstrations without a robot.

Wrist-camera video, with the gripper's position, orientation and opening width recorded in step with each frame.

Teleoperation

An operator drives your robot through your tasks.

Video from the robot's own cameras, with its joint state and the operator's commands recorded in sync.

How it works

You check the data fits before partners record at volume.

  1. 1

    Task list

Each task written as a short script: start state, end state and what may vary.

  2. 2

    Pilot week

A few tasks in a few locations. You load them into your training code to check the data fits.

  3. 3

    Partners record

In homes or sites matched to your list, on the capture rig that suits the task.

  4. 4

    Check and label

Every recording passes an intake check, then is labelled to the agreed rules.

  5. 5

    Weekly delivery

Batches in your format, with the rules and a check log.

Tell us your tasks, regions and volume.

A pilot week comes before any larger order.
